DHL Express Bolivia is hiring a Líder de Operaciones in Santa Cruz to coordinate the daily ground operations of its Service Center, supporting the Operations Supervisor with route reporting, inbound material, attendance, uniforms, internal systems, route planning, route reviews, client payment notifications, abandonment reporting, and coordination with Operations, Gateway, Customer Service, and Finance. The role requires an industrial, process, or foreign-trade degree, urban radio knowledge, 1 year of team supervision experience, 3–5 years of field experience in messaging, courier, customer service, or distribution, leadership of at least five people, basic English, intermediate Microsoft Office, and a Category B driver's license.
