Description
FINN is hiring a Lead Group Controller to own Group Management Reporting under HGB and IFRS, analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow performance, identify variances and business drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. The role also leads process and system improvements and builds or leads a small Group Controlling team. Candidates need at least five years of relevant finance or controlling experience, a strong university degree in a related field, knowledge of IFRS and German GAAP, and fluent English; German skills and experience with LucaNet, SAP S/4HANA, and group consolidation are advantageous.
