Description
Ello is hiring its first dedicated Growth Engineer to help build and lead the growth-engineering function for its AI education products. The role owns the full learning loop from feature ideation through launch and iteration, spanning customer-facing mobile and web experiences, backend systems, experimentation, analytics, data instrumentation, and operational tools. The engineer will partner with product, design, engineering, marketing, and company leadership while independently driving work across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and referral growth loops. The position is based in person at Ello’s San Francisco office.
