Skydio is hiring a Lead GTM Platform Engineer / Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of its Go-to-Market platform. The role combines hands-on engineering leadership with product and business partnership, focusing on sales planning, forecasting, deal operations, fulfillment, customer success, AI-powered assistants, Slack workflows, and autonomous business processes. The engineer will own the platform architecture, build scalable Python, SQL, and TypeScript applications and APIs, develop data models and AI workflows, and mentor two entry-level AI Engineers. The position requires at least five years of enterprise software engineering experience and offers an annual base salary of $230,000 to $303,000, along with equity, health insurance, paid time off, and other benefits.
