Description
Mews is hiring a first-of-its-kind senior individual contributor to build production-grade AI automation for its go-to-market teams. The role owns end-to-end delivery of systems that integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, Nue, Databricks, and Gong, with a focus on LLM APIs, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and MCP integrations. Candidates need 5 to 7+ years of engineering experience at a Tech Lead, Staff, or Principal level, recent hands-on AI production experience, and strong engineering judgment. The role is remote-first with flexible hybrid options and offers salary ranges in Spain, Czechia, the United Kingdom, Sweden, and Ireland.
