Description
The Lead Guard provides on-site supervision of ESS Operator/Security Guard personnel at USAG Camp Humphreys in Pyeongtaek, South Korea. The role acts as the supervisor's alternate and first escalation point, while also performing electronic security systems, access control, screening, incident response, quality control, scheduling, briefing, and security-record duties. It requires at least two years of physical security operations experience, leadership experience, an active United States SECRET clearance, and availability for a 40-hour Monday-through-Friday schedule subject to exercise and contingency changes.
