Description
The Production Supervisor oversees the quality, safety, and efficient operation of production processes in their assigned work area. Responsibilities include supervising production associates, ensuring PPE and training compliance, maintaining safe and clean work areas, coordinating safety and continuous-improvement projects, scheduling production, managing hold areas, reviewing OEE and production boards, maintaining SAP and IMS inventory accuracy, and documenting work instructions and shift notes. The role requires the ability to lead and train associates and perform other duties as directed.
