Description
The Lead Hand / Driver supports daily operations by leading a small crew, safely operating a League NSC truck, coordinating work assignments, performing vehicle inspections, handling loading and unloading, monitoring progress, and assisting with staff training. The role requires a valid driver’s licence, NSC compliance, Ground Disturbance Level II certification, and 3–5 years of driving or field operations experience, with leadership experience preferred. It involves physically demanding outdoor work, possible overtime and flexible hours, and travel to different job sites.
