TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Lead Home Service Technician in Gaston County, North Carolina. The role performs high-quality home maintenance and repair projects, including bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work, while leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Tru-Pro technicians. The position requires at least 10 years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a full toolset, English fluency, and authorization to work in the United States.
