Description
The Home Service Team Leader performs high-quality home maintenance and repair projects while leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Tru-Pro technicians. The role manages customer expectations, ensures safety and consistency, and handles projects ranging from bathroom and kitchen repairs to flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. It requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a full toolset, English fluency, and U.S. work authorization; 10+ years of home repair or construction experience and prior technician-management experience are preferred. The position offers year-round work, flexible scheduling, office and leadership support, weekly pay, and mileage reimbursement.
