Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Hardware Engineer to lead HBM/GDDR enablement, validation, and failure analysis for datacenter and graphics products. The role involves reviewing memory-partner design limits and test methodology, developing characterization and production-enablement plans, collaborating with hardware and software teams, and guiding product-level decisions across ASIC/VLSI, board, ATE, and memory subsystems. Candidates need a master’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, at least 10 years of hands-on high-speed DRAM design and test experience, and strong knowledge of ASIC, mixed-signal, power, signal integrity, Linux, scripting, and data analysis. The base salary range is 168,000–258,750 USD for Level 4 and 200,000–322,000 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits.
