Description
Quest Global is hiring one permanent hardware engineer in Higashiosaka, Osaka, Japan, to support medical-device hardware engineering projects. The role involves preparing project proposals, designing analog, digital, power, and mixed-signal hardware subsystems, selecting components, developing circuit schematics, coordinating with PCB, sensor, and component vendors, managing prototyping and pilot-production procurement, finalizing BOMs, and serving as a bridge between offshore teams and customers. Candidates need 8–12 years of experience designing or building medical-device hardware for critical clinical applications, experience with board bring-up and system-level testing, and expertise in EMC compliance. Japanese business-level proficiency and bilingual English ability are required.
