Description

Blue Origin is hiring a senior test engineering leader to own the development, build, integration, checkout, and operation of high-fidelity Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments for Blue Ring systems within its In-Space Systems business unit. The role leads engineers and technicians, defines testbed requirements and architecture, manages real-time simulation, emulators, EGSE, configuration control, automated test procedures, test campaigns, anomaly closure, and coordination across flight software, systems engineering, and mission operations. Travel up to 25% is expected, and the role requires 8+ years of HIL, system-level test, and/or vehicle integration and test experience, plus a bachelor's degree in electrical, aerospace, or related engineering.
