Description
SpaceX is hiring a Lead Electrical Hardware Reliability Engineer for Starshield to build and lead an electrical hardware reliability team, mentor engineers, investigate and resolve hardware failures, drive corrective actions, and improve the robustness and longevity of PCBAs. The role requires an engineering degree, at least three years of hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability experience, and at least one year leading a project, team, or people. Preferred qualifications include PCBA fabrication, environmental testing, RF test equipment, and electrical troubleshooting experience, along with an active or obtainable Top Secret, Top Secret SCI, or DOE Level Q clearance. The position pays $140,000 to $205,000 and includes medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
