Description
SpaceX is hiring a Lead Hardware Reliability Engineer for Starlink to own hardware reliability from factory through field use. The role leads and mentors engineers, manages reliability qualification and field investigations, develops environmental, mechanical, electrical, RF, and system-level testing, automates test execution and reporting, oversees production quality, and drives root-cause corrective actions. It requires an engineering bachelor’s degree, at least two years of complex hardware reliability or qualification experience, and at least one year leading a team of three or more engineers. The position is based in the Bastrop, Texas area, requires up to 30% travel, and does not consider remote or hybrid work.
