AHEAD is hiring a Lead Hardware Returns Specialist to lead the daily processing of defective, damaged, non-conforming, and customer-owned computer hardware for returns to manufacturers and vendors. The role oversees work assignment, queue prioritization, RMA and vendor-return processing, product verification, inventory control, disassembly, shipping, customer-owned inventory, training, documentation, and process improvement across multiple campus facilities. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, offers preferred experience in warehouse operations, electronics repair, reverse logistics, hardware returns, and computer hardware, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance among USA employment benefits.
