Cohere Health is hiring a Lead Healthcare Analyst to lead clinical analytics projects and independently analyze administrative and clinical health data using statistical data mining and predictive modeling. The role partners with clinicians, program implementation, informaticists, data scientists, actuaries, account management, and engineering teams to produce insights on payor/provider/patient collaboration, quality of care, utilization, and spending efficiency. The position requires at least seven years of big-data analytics experience, two years of healthcare project leadership, a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare or quantitative discipline, and experience with SQL, Python, Tableau, and healthcare data. It is fully remote with approximately 5% travel and offers a salary of $112,000 to $125,000 annually plus benefits.
