The role performs high-quality home maintenance and repair projects, leads and coaches Tru-Pro technicians, communicates with customers, and ensures safety and consistency. It requires at least 10 years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a full toolset, English fluency, and U.S. work authorization.
