TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Lead Home Service Technician / Handyman to perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects across Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, San Marcos, San Diego, Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, and surrounding areas. The role leads, coaches, and supports a team of Tru-Pro technicians while handling projects such as bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring installation, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. Candidates need at least 10 years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a full toolset, English fluency, and U.S. work authorization.
