Description
The Lead Home Service Technician performs high-quality home maintenance and repair projects, including bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. The role leads, coaches, and supports a team of Tru-Pro technicians while communicating with customers, managing expectations, and maintaining safety and quality standards. Candidates need at least 10 years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a full toolset, English fluency, and U.S. work authorization.
