TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a full-time, year-round Lead Home Service Technician / Handyman in Hanover County, Glen Allen, and Ladysmith, Virginia. The role combines skilled residential home maintenance, repair, remodeling, carpentry, painting, basic plumbing and electrical work, and safety upgrades with leadership responsibilities such as coaching and mentoring technicians, managing expectations, maintaining work standards, and representing the company professionally. Candidates should have at least 10 years of hands-on home repair, remodeling, or construction experience, strong carpentry and repair skills, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, professional tools, and legal authorization to work in the United States. The position pays $25–$35 per hour depending on experience and offers flexible scheduling, company vehicle and gear, and opportunities for leadership growth.
