The role performs high-quality home maintenance and repair projects, leads and coaches Tru-Pro technicians, communicates with customers, and ensures safety and consistency. Common work includes bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall repair, flooring installation, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. The position requires at least 10 years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a full toolset, English fluency, and U.S. work authorization.
