Description
The Home Service Team Leader performs high-quality home maintenance and repair projects, including bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. The role leads, coaches, and supports a team of Tru-Pro technicians, communicates with customers, manages expectations, and ensures safety, accuracy, and consistency. It requires at least 10 years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a full toolset, English fluency, and U.S. work authorization.
