TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Lead Home Service Technician / Handyman in the greater Lansing area to perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects, lead and coach Tru-Pro technicians, communicate with customers, and maintain safety and consistency. The role covers bathroom and kitchen upgrades, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. Candidates need at least 10 years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, a full toolset, English fluency, and U.S. work authorization.
