TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Lead Home Service Technician in Phoenix to perform advanced carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and general home repairs while leading aging-in-place and accessibility modification projects. The role includes project management, mentoring junior technicians, troubleshooting, customer communication, documentation, estimating, and material planning. Candidates need at least 10 years of professional experience in residential construction, remodeling, handyman services, or home maintenance, along with strong multi-trade skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently.
