TruBlue Home Service Ally is hiring a Lead Home Service Technician in the northern suburbs of Chicago to perform high-quality home maintenance and repair projects, lead and coach a team of Tru-Pro technicians, communicate with customers, and ensure safety and consistency. The role covers bathroom and kitchen upgrades, senior home modifications, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work. Candidates need at least 10 years of hands-on home repair or construction experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a full toolset.
