The Seasonal Part-Time Lead Hospitality Associate supports the Newfields Culinary Arts Department by caring for guests, communicating operational needs to management, and maintaining product and service quality. The role requires an average of 20 hours per week, weekend and holiday availability, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and either six months of Newfields hospitality experience or one year in a similar hospitality role. The position pays $16.00 per hour and involves standing, walking, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds in outdoor and indoor environments.
