Description
The Host Manager leads and manages the host team at Delano Miami Beach, overseeing guest service, seating operations, reservations, waitlists, guest flow, scheduling, training, performance management, reporting, feedback, and compliance. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or upscale food and beverage environment, strong front-of-house and communication skills, and the ability to work an eight-hour shift while performing related physical duties.
