TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Lead, Housekeeper for the Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin, Texas. The role supervises, trains, and inspects housekeeping staff; assigns work and keys; resolves guest complaints; maintains cleanliness and service standards; and coordinates breaks and staffing. The position currently fills morning shifts, with some days scheduled 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., and pays $18.50 to $19.00 per hour. Prior leadership experience in a similar healthcare housekeeping role is required, and English proficiency is required for safety and emergency conditions.
