Description
The Housing Case Manager works with community organizations, government agencies, and property owners to secure and manage short-term, transitional, and permanent housing for clients. Responsibilities include housing inspections, crisis intervention, discharge placement, lease coordination, subsidy applications, rent collection, housing screenings, maintenance coordination, budget and invoice management, reporting, and field-based services. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of housing-related social services experience, a valid California driver’s license, current auto insurance, cultural competency, and bilingual ability is preferred.
