Patriarche is hiring a Lead HVAC Engineer – Data Centers to lead the design of HVAC systems and mechanical installations for mission-critical data center projects. The role covers system sizing, thermal performance and airflow management, energy-efficiency optimization, thermal simulation validation, multidisciplinary BIM and Revit coordination, contractor documentation review, on-site execution support, commissioning, and compliance with ASHRAE, Uptime Tier, and industry standards. Candidates need a mechanical engineering or HVAC engineering degree, 8 to 12 years of experience in data centers or mission-critical environments, strong HVAC and thermal engineering expertise, and fluency in English and French.
