Central Cooling & Heating is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer in Woburn, Massachusetts to install, replace, and service residential HVAC equipment such as furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, central air systems, air handlers, and condensers. The role includes running line sets, brazing, pressure testing, vacuuming, charging, system start-up, ductwork installation, troubleshooting, customer communication, and maintaining tools and vehicles. The position prefers 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, EPA 608 certification, boiler and gas-piping knowledge, and the ability to work independently and as part of an install team.
