Everlight is hiring a Senior HVAC Technician for a permanent, full-time, direct-hire position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with on-site work. The role leads complex HVAC installations, troubleshoots and repairs systems, ensures code compliance, and mentors 2–3 apprentice technicians. Candidates must have EPA 608 certification, at least 8 years of HVAC field experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
