Description
MalaceHR is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join their team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex mechanical and building systems across various facilities. The technician will monitor and maintain facility operations, perform preventative and corrective maintenance on various equipment like chillers, boilers, and pumps, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. They will also assist with overseeing a team of five employees and maintaining accurate maintenance documentation.
