ASM is hiring a Lead I, Business Process to lead global First Time Right and Zero Defect initiatives across its manufacturing and supply chain network. The role focuses on manufacturing excellence, process capability, defect prevention, contamination control, reliability, data analytics, automation, and cross-functional improvement programs. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, at least 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, supply chain, engineering, continuous improvement, or program management, and expertise in SPC, PFMEA, control plans, MSA, root cause analysis, and regulated or high-precision manufacturing environments.
