ASM is hiring an NPI Program Manager to lead New Product Introduction programs from concept through high-volume production in its Global Operations. The role manages cross-functional schedules and milestones, leads program meetings, tracks performance, develops metrics, and supports product commercialization and operational improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least eight years of program-management or engineering project leadership experience, and experience managing configurable semiconductor capital equipment projects from concept through high-volume production.
