WGU is hiring a full-time Lead IAR Data Analyst in Salt Lake City to lead complex analytics and research initiatives, answer complex business questions, improve data quality, develop ETL/ELT processes and data products, and translate data into executive-ready visualizations and recommendations. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, seven years of related experience, advanced SQL, Tableau or Power BI, data modeling, and statistical and forecasting expertise. It is an individual-contributor position with elevated strategic influence, mentorship, and stakeholder-management expectations, and requires five days per week in the office with occasional travel.
