DLB Associates is hiring a remote Lead ICT Engineer to lead full-cycle ICT design and construction activities for mission-critical hyperscale and colocation data center and smart building projects. The role combines advanced fiber and structured cabling design, Revit-based documentation, project team leadership, client and stakeholder relations, proposal development, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least eight years of engineering or related experience, and two years of mission-critical data center design experience; Revit, structured cabling, MS Office, and AI workflow skills are required, while CCIE and Registered Communications Distribution Design Certificate certifications are preferred.
