ASM is hiring a Lead II, Program Management professional to lead New Product Introduction programs for complex semiconductor capital equipment from concept through high-volume manufacturing. The role manages cross-functional schedules, program execution plans, milestones, risks, performance metrics, and global product commercialization initiatives while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5–10 years of program management or engineering project leadership experience, and a proven record managing configurable products through high-volume manufacturing.
