RIIICO is hiring an experienced post-sale delivery lead to own enterprise manufacturing implementations from handover through stable adoption, build the delivery playbook, manage Sales-to-delivery handovers and escalations, and develop the team. The role requires 4–6 years of technical implementation, delivery, project lead, or technical operations experience in B2B manufacturing or industrial services, startup process-building experience, and fluency in German and English. It is based in Düsseldorf with flexibility to work from home, offers a real ESOP and other benefits, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
