Description
The Implementation Associate supports onboarding new clients onto Clearwater's SaaS platform and service model. The role works with clients and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure investment-performance, risk-analysis, compliance-monitoring, and reporting solutions, support training, troubleshoot issues, manage stakeholder communication, track project risks, and document process improvements. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related field, 1–8 years of relevant experience, investment-market knowledge, understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures, and strong computer, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
