Clearwater is hiring a Lead Implementation Associate to join its EMEA team and lead end-to-end client onboarding for its SaaS investment-management platform. The role involves configuring and deploying the platform, training clients, assessing requirements, supporting data migration and interfaces, troubleshooting trading and accounting issues, managing stakeholder communication, mentoring junior team members, and coordinating with internal production teams. Applicants should have fluency in German and English, a relevant degree, investment operations or accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
