Description
Profource is hiring professionals with backgrounds in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or HR to develop into Implementation Consultants or Lead Implementation Consultants. The role begins with six months of ERP application training and on-the-job implementation project work alongside senior consultants, followed by targeted training, coaching, and progressively challenging assignments. Lead Implementation Consultants manage ERP implementation projects, translate client needs into practical solutions, and support digital innovation across diverse national and international clients. The position requires a completed HBO or WO degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, and offers a permanent 40-hour contract, company lease car, training, bonus, leave, holiday pay, and pension benefits.
