Panelmatic Inc. is hiring a Lead Industrial Electrician to provide hands-on leadership and technical direction for an electrical integration team. The role leads Electrical Integration Technicians, coordinates daily assignments, trains and mentors team members, troubleshoots installations, inspects completed work, and supports complex electrical systems in custom metal buildings and enclosures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment, three years of experience with basic tools, and knowledge of NEC codes and quality assurance procedures.
