Description
Destinus is hiring a Lead Industrialization Engineer in Hengelo to lead the automation and digitalization of production and test lines. The role involves directing industrialization engineers, selecting and integrating robotics, PLCs, sensors, and automated equipment, connecting shop-floor systems to MES and data pipelines, leading new-product and engineering-change industrialization, applying lean and bottleneck-management principles, maintaining routing and MBOM documentation, and mentoring the team. The position requires a technical degree, substantial industrialization or manufacturing engineering experience, PLC and robotics integration experience, digital-systems knowledge, and strong cross-functional leadership.
