AXsensor is hiring a Lead Industrialization Engineer to drive the industrialization, quality assurance, and external production-partner development of its next-generation acoustic sensor. The role involves validating internal and external production, ensuring compliance with UK-market requirements, taking technical ownership of the product and platform, and establishing scalable production processes. Candidates need an engineering degree, experience with product industrialization and manufacturing partners, hardware and embedded-systems expertise, Lean Manufacturing knowledge, and Swedish and English proficiency.
