Guidepost Montessori is hiring a Lead Infant Guide to lead a mixed-age infant classroom for children ages 0–3 in a Montessori environment. The role involves observing and supporting each child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development; respecting natural routines; preparing and maintaining the classroom; encouraging independence; building relationships with children and families; and collaborating with classroom team members. Candidates should have experience with children ages 0–3 in a group care setting, ECE or child development credits, and a bachelor’s degree in a child-related field.
