Thoughtworks is hiring a Senior Security Consultant in India for a remote-first role with regular work from the closest Thoughtworks office. The position bridges security architecture and security engineering, leading security architecture and posture initiatives, offensive security testing, AI and agent security, security tooling, SIEM operations, SOAR playbooks, and incident response. The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on information security experience, the ability to read and explain code, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; cloud, AI, SIEM, penetration testing, and relevant certifications are desirable.
