The role leads incident and problem management for major-impact network and data infrastructure, serves as a senior technical escalation point, coordinates complex incidents and technical changes, supports customers and stakeholders, coaches engineers, and contributes to infrastructure reliability, documentation, and operational excellence. The position requires formal infrastructure training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, and expertise across enterprise network technologies, production environments, protocol analysis, monitoring, and observability.
