JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Senior IBM i Infrastructure & Platform Engineer for its Specialized Midrange Platforms organization. The role engineers, administers, supports, modernizes, and automates mission-critical IBM i infrastructure, including Power Systems, PowerHA, Copy Services Toolkit, replication, security, disaster recovery, observability, and platform operations. The engineer will partner with application teams, lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, participate in incident and problem management, and support on-call and critical incident response. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of hands-on IBM i infrastructure and support experience.
